This project is a self-produced redesign of the famous spanish deck of cards, with a simplist and geometric motive.

The Spanish deck of cards, as well as the more-known French deck, is a really popular deck of cards, in which the tarot cards took inspiration of, for example.

The suit of cards are golds, cups, spades and clubs/sticks (instead of diamonds, hearts, spades and clubs). They reference the same things they name, basically.

In this project I have decided to have a bit of fun and just let my imagination redesign these four suits. The style I’ve given to it is a really minimal and geometrical one, to the point where the figures (jack/sota, horse/caballo & king/rey) have been reduced to a single element each.

I had really a lof of fun both designing it and printing as well as playing with it. I hope you enjoy seeing it too ❤
